The original church of the Bible not only met for assembled worship in large gatherings, they also met in small, intimate, home gatherings for teaching, sharing meals, mutual support, prayer, and encouragement. The foundation of our small group program is this very thing...and following the example of the early church where the newly baptized believers "continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers...so continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart" (Acts 2:42, 46).
In 2022, our small groups focused on Falling in Love with Jesus. This year, our theme is Koinonia, a term that means togetherness and will shift our focus to "falling in love with Jesus' people." We hope you'll join us!
