What to Expect

Expect to be warmly welcomed.  As a guest, you will not be singled out...you won't be asked to wear a name tag, you won't be called upon to stand up or raise your hand.  We do not want you to feel intimidated in any way and we will not embarrass you.   Expect to enter our bright and open foyer where you'll see people gathered and talking with one another.  As you move from the foyer into the auditorium, please feel free to sit wherever you would feel most comfortable.  If you have need of it and will let us know, we have listening enhancement devices to help you enjoy and participate in the worship experience.   Expect to find a culturally and age-diverse group of people who struggle with the same challenges as everyone else in the world.  We're sure not perfect, but we know the ONE who is (Jesus) and we're trying to be more like Him everyday.   Expect our time of worship to begin promptly at 10 AM and end about 11:15.  You'll be invited to join us in congregational singing (if you don't know the song that's okay...some of them are new to us as well).  About mid-way through, we will devote some time to especially consider the impact of Jesus' sacrifice by serving communion to any who wish to participate.  This will be followed by a freewill offering of our members (as a guest, you will not be solicited to give).  Then, one of our ministers will present a practical message from God's word, designed to instruct, encourage and motivate.   Expect to leave encouraged and strengthened for the week ahead.     We look forward to your arrival real soon!
